On 15–16 June 2026, the Faculty of Public Administration (SNSPA) and Smart-EDU Hub are organising the 7th edition of the international conference “Machine Intelligence & Security for Smart Cities (TRUST)”, taking place in hybrid format — in person at SNSPA (Bd. Expoziției 30A, 8th Floor, Room 804) and online.

Across these four papers, BEIA addresses some of the most pressing challenges at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and public health — from secure data exchange frameworks inspired by Arrowhead fPVN, to explainable AI architectures for resilient smart cities, to the societal and clinical dimensions of AI-powered cancer screening through ONCOSCREEN. The conference offers a perfect interdisciplinary stage for this work — bringing together university faculty, policy makers, practitioners, researchers, and students from public administration, communication, computer science, and cybersecurity.
