ENRICH4ALL – E-goverNment [RI] CHatbot for ALL

The ENRICH4ALL (E-goverNment [RI] CHatbot for ALL) Action is fully aligned with the activities of the CEF Telecom Automated Translation. The scope of the proposed Action ENRICH4ALL is to develop and deploy a multilingual e-government chatbot. Since a chatbot or simply bot is a kind of virtual assistant, it is continuously available and can instantly reach large amounts of people, irrespective of age, gender, educational background, and geographical barrier. The main objective of the ENRICH4ALL Action is to develop the service “eChat”, which will have the Machine Translation service eTranslation integrated, so that the user can ask and receive back their requests in their own mother tongue.

The Consortium includes four partners from three EU countries: Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (Luxembourg), SupWiz As (Denmark), BEIA Consult International and Romanian Academy Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence “Mihai Drăgănescu” (RACAI) (Romania).
