BEIA Consult International participated in the BELGIUM WEEK 2026 held in Corbeanca, Romania, between 6–8 May 2026, contributing to discussions and networking activities focused on innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, and dual-use technologies.
Day 1 – BEROCC Real Estate & Construction focused on sustainable urban development, infrastructure, and innovation in the construction sector, bringing together representatives from business, technology, and development communities.
During Day 2 – BEROCC Smart Cities & Energy, BEIA engaged with representatives from industry, research, and innovation ecosystems, promoting European projects supporting smart infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation.
Day 3 – BEROCC Dual-Use Technology & Defense provided an important framework for discussions on cybersecurity, resilience, defence innovation, and cross-sector technological collaboration. Within this context, BEIA highlighted several ongoing European research and innovation projects relevant to cybersecurity and dual-use technologies, including ECYBRIDGE, PASITHEA, CHRISS, AIAS, and DOME.
