On 7–8 July 2026, BEIA Consult International participated in the DANUBIUS-RO 2026 conference at the UNSTPB Central Library in Bucharest, Romania. The event served as a dynamic forum for discussing innovations in environmental sustainability, climate adaptation, and digital monitoring frameworks.
The highlight of our participation was the presentation delivered by our colleagues Ana Hurtupan and George Suciu, showcasing the paper “An Integrated Geospatial Platform for Climate Risk Visualization of Transport and Energy Infrastructure”. Developed within the framework of the Horizon Europe ReCharged project, this WebGIS platform maps critical climate hazards—such as flooding and mudslides—across interdependent European transport and energy systems (iTESLA).
Our team also highlighted important cross-project synergies within our portfolio, including the PNRR-funded ResPonSe project and the Horizon Europe WATERGRID initiative, demonstrating BEIA’s commitment to safeguarding critical lifelines through smart digital monitoring.
Our full active portfolio: HRIA, ReCharged, DOME, Arrowhead fPVN, PASITHEA, DANUBIUS-RO, PNTS, GeoSpectrum, ONCODIR, ONCOSCREEN, Ro-HydroHub, ECYBRIDGE, uBlueTec, AIAS, Oenotrace, CHRISS, Exploit4InnoMat, ZeroDefect4PV, META-MUSEUM, PLENTY-Life, ISOLDE, FASTCHARGE, H2VOLT, SIOTIN, ResPonSe, EVOROADS, D4SPAs, UMERS, CIRANET and AgriNomand.
