BEIA participated in Research Networking Day 2024 on 6th of November 2024 and had the opportunity to disseminate the unLoc, NetZeRoCities, RESPONSE, PLENTY-LIFE, DOME, Arrowhead, FOR-FREIGHT, FLEXI-CROSS, EvoRoads, ReCharged projects.
Research Networking Day was a day of knowledge exchange and dialogue, during which the research results from UAUIM in urban planning, landscape architecture, architecture, and interior architecture were promoted. The event facilitated interaction with external institutions and organizations, generating new opportunities for collaboration.
Through presentations, discussions, a project exhibition, various stimulating activities, and a collective volume, the research activities carried out within UAUIM were showcased. Common concerns and future perspectives for generating new research ideas were shared. Participants had the opportunity to build collaborative relationships, including during the reception at the end of the day.
The perspectives that emerged during the event resonated with the concerns of participating universities and companies, which aimed to advance creative, sustainable, and practical solutions to current and future challenges in the built environment.
RND was an event open to faculty members, researchers, doctoral students, research support staff, institutional partners, and all those involved in research and institutional development projects carried out through the school, within the available spots and in order of registration.
The event reached its third edition, following the organization of RND 2023 and RND 2022.
