Beia was present at “Weather, climate, and society” event, organized by the Research Institute of the University of Bucharest, National Weather Agency, and Romanian Association of Applied Meteorology and Education. Dr. Jack Friedman delivered an interesting talk about “Uncertainties, Severe Weather, and Communication: How Severe Weather Communication is Changing in the United States”.
