BEIA participated in a lot of events like: Cybersecurity event organized by ENISA, CONNEX20, Knowledge4Innovation Forum, iWat2020, CFS2020match. In iWat2020 Conference, BEIA Consult participated with the “VLC Quantum Fusion” poster.

The company  participated also, in a training organized by NFON. The training has presented their services and the focus was on Cloudya, the cloud telephone system.

Also, the company is happy to announce a new project: Food Friend – Autonomous and easy-to-use tool for monitoring of personal food intake and personalised feedback. The goal of the Food Friend project is to develop a complete toolset, consisting of hardware, software and methodologies, that can automatically measure a person’s food intake with a minimum of required user input and turn it into personalised and actionable feedback. The system can be used by care professionals, research institutions, caterers or home users to get a better overview of a person’s dietary behaviour.

OTT Hydromet participated in FLOODEX, the UK’s largest trade event about flood defence, water level management, prevention, mitigation, and drainage on 26-27 February. Also, the company will host a new webinar about the tried and tested SUTRON LinkComm Software taking place on March 17, 4:00 PM CET.

Cisco that it has joined Facebook’s Express Wi-Fi Technology Partner Program to close the digital divide and enable more people around the world to get connected to a faster, better internet. Panasonic Corporation will begin to wind down U.S. production of photovoltaic cells and modules at Gigafactory New York in Buffalo, NY, in line with the global solar strategy led by its Life Solutions Company. By the end of May 2020, Panasonic will cease U.S. solar manufacturing operations and is scheduled to exit the facility by the end of September 2020.
