An important project in which Beia is partener is ESTABLISH (Environmental Sensing To Act for a Better quality of Life: Smart Health). It aims to ensure the independence from the specialized medical staff in recovery and rehabilitation of vulnerable people (children, women, elderly people) by developing software applications that will collect data on the environment and people through indoor and outdoor sensors, as well as behavioral sensors.
