BEIA Consult International joins the panel “Language Data and Language Technologies in Romania and for the Romanian language” as part of the European Language Data Space (LDS) workshop in Romania. The event takes place in Bucharest on 17 September 2026, at the PRECIS building of the National University of Science and Technology Politehnica Bucharest.
The European Language Data Space holds the official EU mandate to build a platform and marketplace dedicated to the collection, development, sharing, and reuse of multilingual and multimodal language data. Through LDS, stakeholders share and put their own language data to use on a single platform that respects EU values and complies with European regulations. This work directly increases the availability of quality language data, a resource that large language models and other AI-based language technology services need to serve a wide range of businesses.
