Organized by ARSC in partnership with the Government of Romania, through the General Secretariat of the Government – Department for Sustainable Development, the event brought together leaders from public administration, business representatives, urban policy experts, and technology specialists.
The SCIA 9 Gala and the conference “City of the Future: Technology, Data, and Efficient Administration” took place on May 27, 2025, at the Nord Events Center by Globalworth. The event served as an exclusive platform to showcase the most innovative Smart City and Smart Village projects in Romania, discuss recent legislative initiatives and public policies, and explore funding opportunities aimed at transforming local communities.
BEIA Consult participated in the event to present and raise awareness of several European projects relevant to the development of smart cities. These included CHRISS, ISOLDE, META-MUSEUM, Exploit4Innomat, DOME, SMARTSENSE, FOR-FREIGHT, FLEXI-CROSS, SHIFT-HUB, RITHMS, MOBILISE, ONCOSCREEN, ZERODEFECT4PV, uBlueTec, HRIA, PNTS, among many others.
