Insights from EUSEW 2025 – Supporting Research with Real-World Perspective
Our team recently followed several live sessions from the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) 2025, focusing on how research and innovation can drive a faster, fairer, and smarter clean energy transition.
The sessions covered a range of relevant themes:
- The role of AI in reshaping energy grids
- Clean tech value chains as a competitive edge
- Integrating electrolysers and hydrogen infrastructure
- Energy justice, citizen involvement, and climate assemblies
These discussions provided fresh perspective on how EU policy directions connect with our research work in the following projects: ZERODEFECT4PV, FOR-FREIGHT, FLEXI-CROSS, RITHMS, PLENTY-LIFE, DOME, BLOW, and RESPONSE.
By staying connected to the policy and innovation landscape, we aim to bring added value and applicability to our research contributions.
