BEIA Consult participated in the EFECS 2018 event (European Forum for Electronic Components and Systems) between 20 and 22 November, in Lisbon.
With a focus on “Our Digital Future”, EFECS provides numerous opportunities to learn more about the latest developments, cooperation and funding possibilities in the ECS Community.
BEIA attended the event in order to promote the SAFECARE project and find new interested parties as part of the project future. Also, it was a great event to find out the latest advancements made by Europe in the digital sector. The digitalization of the world brings new threats and SAFECARE focuses on the health industry, one of the most vulnerable when it comes to targeted cyber attacks.
Thus, we had a great time discussing these problems in the networking sessions and debating different approaches and solutions that can be implemented in the near future for a much safer digital environment.
